Private practice engaged in structural design, and land development.  Projects range from small residential additions, to medium size commercial buildings.  Expertise includes wood framing, post and beam construction, engineered lumber and trusses, reinforced concrete construction, ICF construction (certified by Reward Systems), light gauge steel construction, and structural steel framing. In addition to the structural work listed above, I currently provide Board of Health services for clients in Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess County.  I also provide site plans and land development services to a select client group.
